VIP SECURITY SERVICES REQUEST

This site allows you to request security services related to VIP moves and provides standardized direction to personnel requesting services. The request is divided into four sections: passenger information, train information, departure station information and destination station information.

PLEASE NOTE: All traveling personnel (VIPs, their families, support staff, entourage, security personnel, etc... ) should be ticketed for appropriate class of travel (First Class, Business Class, etc... ) consistent with their seating aboard the train. Personnel traveling in the "Quiet Car" should abide by the "Quiet Car" code of conduct.

PLEASE NOTE: Just prior to your advance team's arrival, contact the Amtrak Police National Communications Center (NCC) at 800.331.0008 and the NCC supervisor will assign an officer to assist you.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Just prior to your arrival for an advance site survey / walk through, contact the Amtrak Police National Communications Center (NCC) at 800.331.0008 and the NCC supervisor will assign an officer to assist you.
Special parking/drop off request
PLEASE NOTE: When "dropping off" a VIP, the driver must remain with the vehicle and comply with all traffic control measures as directed by Amtrak security personnel.
 
 
Escort at station info
PLEASE NOTE: If you require an APD escort, contact the Amtrak Police Supervisor at the APD NCC at (800) 331-0008 no less than 15 minutes prior to your arrival and provide linkup information (vehicle color / make / model / plate / driver telephone contact information / location).
Non-traveling escort info
PLEASE NOTE: A police escort is required for "non-ticketed personnel to be present on the train platform. please have your "non-ticketed" personnel check in with the Amtrak Police prior to accessing the platform.
